Meet the Board
The Lakewood Single Family II Board of Directors is a dedicated group of 7 volunteers elected by homeowners at the Annual Meeting. Serving staggered 3-year terms, these committed individuals work tirelessly to uphold the community's best interests. While they receive no compensation or special privileges, their role is crucial in maintaining a harmonious neighborhood.
The Board is composed of the Executive Board, which includes the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, along with three Directors. The Executive Board is chosen by the Directors and serves a 3-year term. Each position holds equal voting power, enabling fair decision-making.
The Board acts as the contracting authority for the community, ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines.
