Evergreen Conversion Notes
Stakeholder, outreach meetings are to be held in the FGCU Kapnick center at the Naples. Botanical gardens, 4940 Bayshore Dr., Naples, FL, 34112, on November 3 and November 10, and is an open house between 5:00 and 6:30 PM for visitors to view the land use/site plan options and provide input to survey questions.
The open house will be followed by a short 15-minute presentation with generalized results from the survey received during the open house. For the convenience of the public and ease of participation, the same plans and survey questions will be available online via the https://EvergreenITC.com website between October 13 and November 17. There after, the applicant will provide the county with a combined survey results and input gathered in a SOM report.
Input received through the web-based survey, and at the two stakeholder meetings will be considered for change and/or adjustment of master plan and associated development standards in the subsequent rezoning application.
